Purpose:
The Tap Tap See app promotes mobility by verbally identifying items that you take photos of with your device or cell phone. It increases the independence of individuals who typically depend on others to identify items in their environment. It will read aloud any text on the item that you take a photo of. It will describe the object or area in the photo, including colors, sizes, and location of items in photo in relation to other items in photo, such as “there is a black bag on the wooden table.” The app keeps a list of recent photos taken, and it lets you send the photos to friends via your cell phone service.
Target Audience:
The Tap Tap See app is designed for the visually impaired, but it can be used by anyone. The app was designed to help those with visual impairments to identify areas and items in their environment that they would otherwise have to depend on sighted persons and organizational routines to maneuver and identify. The app can also be used by anyone with Dyslexia or Developmental Delays, or anyone else for whom reading is a challenge. Stored photos with audio identification can also be used by individuals with speech and language disorders to indicate and communicate choices.

Purpose:
The Taxi Magic app promotes mobility by letting users order a taxi cab from the taxi service nearest their current location without the user ever having to dial a number or know their own location. The app uses satellite tracking to locate the user and the nearest taxi cab and to let the user track to taxi while they wait. The app also lets you use your cell phone or device to pay for the taxi, with optional tip, for a small fee, and you can rate the taxi service at the same time.
Target Audience:
The Taxi Magic app is designed for anyone to use, but it is especially useful to individuals with hearing or vision impairment. Users with hearing impairment do not have to access a text-telephone device (TTY) to order a cab. Users with vision impairment do not have to relay the specific address of their location to order a cab, and they are given full control and confidence in paying for the cab using their cell phone or other device.
